Stephen P. Day – Benefits and Licensed Insurance Specialist

Steve has an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Loyola University of Chicago. He has a BA in Government and International Relations from the University of Notre Dame. Steve currently has over 20 years experience as an insurance professional and is licensed in all lines. Steve is an active member of the National Association of Health Underwriters as well as a member of the Big I insurance association. Steve manages the operation of RMIA Inc, an in-house insurance agency working with Managepoint clients. Past examples include consulting clients for Long and/or Short Term disability plans, group/individual health,dental and vision plans as well as supplemental plans. In addition, Steve guides employers in procuring the best coverage and price on their commercial policies as well as anyone seeking assistance with personal lines coverage. Before entering the benefits and insurance profession, Steve operated an independent chain of retail ice cream stores. His experience as a small business owner led him to develop an intimate understanding for the trials and tribulations of operating a small business. Steve excels in helping small business owners create affordable benefit packages through various health and supplemental programs. He is adept in reducing the commercial risk of small business for the best price. Steve also assists his wife each tax season with her operation of a tax preparation franchise.  Staying up to date with his wife's business has enabled Steve to develop a keen skill implementing insurance products that enable employers and employees advantage of all tax laws for their situation. In his down time, Steve enjoys outdoor camping with his wife and dog Tanner at a variety of state parks. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren.

Tim Lake is a long time insurance professional having worked in the health and life industry for over 20 years. Tim enjoys consulting others on insurance and finds the best product to suit their needs.Tim has won numerous awards from various companies he represents and has been a top selling agent for many years. Tim excels above the rest with extensive product knowledge and experience. Tim enjoys talking with new people every day and building relationships. Currently, Tim is concentrating his effors in the life insurance business. Tim lives in Greenfield with his wife and their three beautiful girls. In their downtime they enjoy traveling to a variety of places in and out of the country. He also loves to take his daughters fishing. He and his wife actively volunteer in their church. Tim has also volunteered to coach his daughter's volleyball and kickball teams.

Debra Zapp – Administrator/Personal/Commercial Lines/Health/Life Agent - Indianapolis Office

Debbie is a graduate of Indiana University a part of the IUPUI extension downtown Indianapolis. She majored in Business Administration and Human Resources. She is also a part of the IU Alumni. Debbie joined the agency in 2004 and is currently working as a fully licensed agent in Property & Casualty and Life & Health in our Commercial Lines. Debbie offers solid support to all the other agents in all of our lines. She puts her best foot forward when assisting clients that need immediate help with questions or quotes. Her expertise is identifying the problem and steering it in the proper direction. Ashley Thomas – Life and Health Insurance Specialist

Ashley Thomas, our newest insurance professional, has experience in customer service and sales for over 5 years. She recently crossed into the life and health insurance field and hasn't looked back. Ashley is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing at Indiana State University on a part-time basis. Ashley enjoys helping others make informed decisions on what insurance product suits their needs. She also has an art background which enables her to think outside the box when solving client issues. Growing up on a farm in the Greencastle area has taught her a strong work ethic as well as the nature of going great lengths to help others. She enjoys a variety of outdoor activities with her husband, two daughters and their Brittany Spaniel such as trail riding, fishing and gardening. In her downtime she enjoys photography, pottery, glass jewelry making, metal sculpture, painting and graphic design.
